As a thriving SaaS startup in the climate tech space, we're on the hunt for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our recruitment efforts.
You’ll be joining a distributed company of 60 people, and working closely with our Head of People & Culture and the company’s leadership team.We are on the path to recruit >40 new team members in 2024, so this is a high-growth opportunity for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from planning and setting up the req, job posting to offer negotiation & onboarding.
Partner with functional leaders to identify staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and set hiring goals within our plan.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, using a mix of various sourcing techniques such as direct sourcing, networking events, social media and other channels.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Continually improve recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment-focused role, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
Strong track record of attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
Solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation
Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to relocate to Vilnius if currently based elsewhere in Lithuania.
