We’re now looking for a Head of Delivery, a hands-on, people-focused leader who can turn vision into execution and partnerships into long-term success stories.
You’ll lead our Service Delivery Managers and Support Engineers, ensuring clients experience the very best of Eliq — from smooth onboarding to continuous improvement. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you’ll make sure every client engagement delivers measurable results and meaningful impact.

The Role:
As Head of Delivery, you’ll lead and grow the Delivery Team — managing Service Delivery Managers, Support Engineers, and coordinating with Delivery Engineers. You’ll prioritise client work, ensure quality delivery, and act as the escalation point for technical and commercial challenges. Reporting to the CTO/CPO and working closely with Sales, you’ll make sure every client achieves their business goals and grows with Eliq.
Examples of key responsibilities are:
Manage the team of Service Delivery Managers and Support Engineers who are responsible for day to day interactions with our clients
Deeply understand our clients and their pain points to enable you to prioritise the delivery team’s workload and help clients achieve their goals
Set KPIs for the delivery team
Act as the escalation point for clients, ensuring they always achieve an excellent service from Eliq and that we deliver according to our contractual commitments
Champion our clients within the product organisation and the wider including participating in roadmap planning and strategic planning
Requirements:
4+ years of successful experience in a client facing technical leadership role within Client Success, Delivery, PMO or equivalent
Highly motivated and you’re a very strong communicator, have a commercial mind-set and a demonstrated ability to work with complex enterprise software deliveries
Excellent communication skills in English, and experience from a highly international environment
Knowledge of the Utility industry is a bonus
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
Location:
The role will be based at our Swedish Headquarters in Gothenburg or Vilnius, Lithuania. Occasional travel will be required around Europe
