As an Account Manager, you will be a key player in our growth strategy, working alongside a collaborative team of talented professionals across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. You’ll have the autonomy to bring your ideas to the table and the opportunity to shape your own success without the red tape of a large corporate environment. Hybrid position based in Gothenburg, Sweden..
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of c. 20 enterprise accounts across multiple European countries, focusing on customer retention and expansion.
Able to close large, complex deals using a consultative, value-based approach
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets.
Represent Eliq at client meetings and industry events, with regular international travel to maintain client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to address client needs and ensure mutual success.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and excel in a results-oriented environment.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to present effectively at all levels.
Strong understanding of enterprise client dynamics across international markets.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to exceed expectations and achieve tangible results.
Willingness to relocate if outside of Gothenburg, Sweden.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the energy sector or with enterprise software solutions.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
