Eliq is entering a period of rapid expansion, aiming to grow our team from 60 to 100 across Europe within the year. We seek an innovative Head of People and Culture to architect and drive people processes that not only support our ambitious growth but also enhance performance and ensure our culture evolves positively with our expansion. This strategic role reports directly to the CEO, with the TA & People Ops Manager reporting to you, laying a solid foundation for Eliq's next phase of growth.

The role is based in Gothenburg, Sweden or Vilnius, Lithuania, but we applicants from other locations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic People Leadership: Be a business partner to the company’s leadership and own on all People topics, while building and leading a robust team capable of scaling our operations across talent acquisition, learning and development, people partnership, operations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).

Talent Development: Lead the development, recruitment, and retention efforts to assemble a high-performing team. Utilize data to refine talent acquisition and development processes, ensuring they support our ambitious growth targets.

Culture & Communication: Cultivate a dynamic culture that grows with our team, embedding our values and leadership principles across every aspect of the employee experience. Design initiatives to enhance how our distributed team communicates and operates, ensuring a shared culture and vision.

Scaleable Operations: Manage all People operations, prioritizing efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices. Use data and analytics to streamline operations, from onboarding to career progression, and ensure decision-making processes are informed and effective. Build structures that support scalability in a distributed environment.

Strategic Partnership: Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, weaving People strategies into the overall business plan. Propel initiatives that boost organisational performance and foster innovation.

Proven People Leader: With a proven track record in leading People functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments, focusing on creating scalable strategies and processes that support ambitious business goals.

Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in using data to enable fact-based decision-making, enhancing team alignment, and driving performance improvements.

Analytical Growth Mindset: Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and networking, both within and outside the organisation, paired with strong analytical skills to effectively leverage metrics and data in guiding strategic decisions.

Communicative Collaborator: Exceptional communication skills, capable of building transparency and collaboration across all levels of the organisation.

Problem Solver: Adept at resolving complex issues, offering pragmatic solutions that support both team well-being and business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
Growth experience: you have worked in a fast growing company (min 30% per year), in an organisation of 200+ people
Product company: you have worked in a product organisation, ideally SaaS
International experience: No less than 2 years of your career was within P&C/HR in a company in Europe
Education: Minimum a Bachelor degree in a relevant field
