We are now seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Business Analyst / Operations Lead.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible to agreeing and defining customer service integrations with Sweden’s 173 network owners to support role out of the Ediel Open Data product
You will be responsible for chasing network operators for individual requests in automated and non automated ways. It is estimated that 50% of the role is not related to automation or reporting.
You will help write ‘professional grade’ integration documentation and process maps
You will maintain this documentation as releases occur
You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering performance reports to clients for the Ediel Open Data product
You will be working in a cross functional team together with all types of developers, designers, project managers and product owners to get to the right solution to meet business and client goals. It is a fantastic opportunity to get ‘your foot in the door’
Skills/Exp Required:
At least B2 level Swedish proficiency and actively studying towards C1 if you are not a native speaker
Proven track record of analytical and problem solving delivery
Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
Have good data analysis skills and the ability to present data successfully to all types of stakeholders
Proficient with SQL to access data from our simple table structures
Nice to have:
Have at least one year cloud experience (AWS, Azure, etc)
Some previous energy experience
One year Business Analyst experience preferably working on complex large scale corporate systems
Six Sigma qualification or equivalent (e.g. Business Analyst diploma etc)
The ability to coach developers, PMs and other Bas on best practice for requirements gathering and process improvement
