Eliq is seeking an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to join our growing Delivery Team. In this role, you’ll ensure our clients get seamlessly onboarded onto the Eliq platform, become strong advocates of our solutions, and ultimately grow their businesses with us. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers and our internal teams, driving smooth integrations, and enabling long-term success.
About the Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will own the delivery journey for our European customers, from onboarding to ongoing value creation. You’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, coordinating integration projects, managing relationships, and ensuring our services consistently meet or exceed expectations.
Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, while also shaping the processes and frameworks that will scale our delivery capabilities as Eliq continues to expand.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong project management and client-facing experience, within SaaS or technology delivery. You should be equally comfortable in technical conversations with IT stakeholders and in strategic discussions with business leaders.
Act as the main point of contact for our clients throughout their lifecycle with Eliq
Lead onboarding and implementation projects, developing project plans and coordinating with both client IT teams and Eliq’s developers.
Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, ensuring SLAs and contractual obligations are consistently met.
Oversee service quality and track key KPIs to drive customer satisfaction and success.
Align Eliq’s services with client business goals, ensuring measurable impact and value creation.
Maintain accurate documentation, tasks, and decisions for seamless stakeholder alignment.
Take ownership of strategic initiatives such as driving user adoption and engagement.
Facilitate and lead technical conversations with client stakeholders across IT and business functions.
Proactively suggest and implement process improvements to increase delivery speed and quality.
Qualifications
4+ years of working experience in project management in a similar role.
Highly motivated and you’re a very strong communicator, have a commercial mind-set and enjoy working with people.
Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages may also be of value).
As a person you take responsibility for what you do by being structured and drive your work.
You are solution oriented and work well with complex issues and enjoy working with others.
Technical skills such as SQL or other data processing knowledge desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of the Utility industry is a bonus.
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
