About the role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and propel our expansion efforts. As an SDR, you play a pivotal role in creating new business opportunities, prospecting clients, and laying the foundation for our growth in various markets. Successful SDRs embody our leadership principles, taking quick and decisive actions, focusing on the customer, and constantly innovating and simplifying processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify potential leads: Take calculated risks by rapidly and decisively identifying and pursuing potential leads through proactive outbound outreach and thorough research. It’s important to recognise the important role of outbound strategies in driving impactful engagement and pipeline generation.

  • Conduct initial outreach and engage prospects: Invent and simplify by constantly innovating your outreach strategies, ensuring a customer-centric approach to understanding their needs. It is through these outbound efforts that the SDR team makes the biggest splash.

  • Collaborate with the Account Executive team: Closely work with the Account Executive team to build a robust pipeline and ensure customer needs are met. Align outbound strategies with AE objectives to maximize effectiveness and drive overall revenue growth.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for Account Executives: Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset by efficiently coordinating meetings that align with the needs of qualified leads, earning and maintaining their trust.

  • Maintain accurate records and manage the CRM system: Accurate record-keeping and efficient CRM management, contributing to a streamlined workflow for the entire team.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team: Stay externally aware and use creativity to optimize lead-generation campaigns, bringing in new ideas from various sources.


Who You Are:


  • Proven experience; one year in sales development or a related sales role

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS and technology sales is highly advantageous

  • Fluency in English is required, and working proficiency in Dutch, German, French, or Spanish is preferred

  • London / South-East location strongly preferred
