At Eliq, you'll be joining a rapidly growing SaaS company that empowers utilities, banks and other industry verticals to accelerate the clean energy transition and transform end-customer experience. Currently, we serve 30+ utilities with our SaaS service, energy analytics, white-label mobile apps, enabling millions of consumers to understand and manage their energy usage and are on a mission to reach 100s of millions of end-customers over the coming years.
The Role:
As the business is growing quickly in Europe, we are now looking to grow our Delivery team who work closely with our European clients.
As Head of Delivery, you are responsible for managing the Delivery Team, including managing a team of Service Delivery Managers, and Support Engineers, and steering the work of the delivery engineers. The Delivery Team is responsible for ensuring that clients get seamlessly onboarded to the Eliq platform and add additional features and services with ease. You’ll be responsible for prioritising client work, working with the engineering manager in the team to ensure the work is of a high quality, and acting as an escalation point for technical and commercial challenges that come from clients. This role reports into our CTO/CPO, but works very closely with the Sales team to ensure all of Eliq’s clients achieve their business goals and grow with Eliq.
Examples of key responsibilities are:
Manage the team of Service Delivery Managers and Support Engineers who are responsible for day to day interactions with our clients
Deeply understand our clients and their pain points to enable you to prioritise the delivery team’s workload and help clients achieve their goals
Set KPIs for the delivery team
Act as the escalation point for clients, ensuring they always achieve an excellent service from Eliq and that we deliver according to our contractual commitments
Champion our clients within the product organisation and the wider including participating in roadmap planning and strategic planning
Requirements:
4+ years of successful experience in a client facing technical leadership role within Client Success, Delivery, PMO or equivalent
Highly motivated and you’re a very strong communicator, have a commercial mind-set and a demonstrated ability to work with complex enterprise software deliveries
Excellent communication skills in English, and experience from a highly international environment
Knowledge of the Utility industry is a bonus
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
Location:
The role, which reports to the CTO/CPO will be based at our Swedish Headquarters in Gothenburg, or Vilnius Lithuania. Occasional travel may be required around Europe
